Would it be possible to setup an authentication management system to help set up SSO within NPM?

Like something as basic as any unsecured webpage could be put behind a username and password managed by NPM, or having full intergration with authentication systems like Authentik where setting up is as easy as using a few dropdown menus or checkboxes?
