Thread Radio support for ESP32-C6

ESP32-C6 has Thread radio alongside WiFi. I am looking to set up a Matter over Thread device, preferably using CircuitPython. Is this possible right now, or is this in the roadmap?

We did a bunch of work on CircuitMatter late last year but haven't gotten back to it. We hope to get back to it next year. Once we get that going over wifi, we'll likely add thread.

So, not possible now. Hopefully in the future.
