My transaction is pending on the blockchain

I initiated multiple transactions but they are all stuck in the PENDING state.
The mpool message pool is empty
Use "lotus wallet balance" to check the deduction amount
The recipient cannot receive the funds
Check from filescan and filbox, they are different data
