Which transactions spanning typical API health check requests are filtered out by default?

We have a habit of having our 'health' endpoints be available on /health (or /vXX/health whereby we have a version number on the XX-part)

According to the documentation on https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/configuration/options/#ignoreTransactions 'typical' locations should be ignored... However we're seeing them everywhere in our NestJS-based monitored applications.

Now we could just update the ignoreTransactions-config option to exclude /health-endpoints, but adding that to all the microservices seems wasteful.

Whats the deal here ;)
