[Schema Inaccuracy] Commit message can actually be null

I'm not sure why exactly, but commit messages can be null. The schema does not reflect this.

Expected

commit.message should be nullable.

I have no record of where we saw this, but we saw it.

Thanks for submitting an issue! I've added notes regarding the components where commit_message was found to be non-nullable and have routed this internal to the team that owns the endpoint so it can be addressed.
