New program by same team that made JustDecompile #18

"JustDecompile seems to have gone out of support after 2018", says the CodemerxDecompile repo, by the same team (found via the link in this reply to an issue on the JD repo). Seems this is JD's successor, so it would be good to add this, or even replace JD on the list if it's truly non-functional.
