There's overlap here with other embeddable formats, like SVG, that can contain accessibility in the remotely loaded source. For example, when should the AT leverage what's in the HTML DOM, versus what's in the remote resource...

I would call this a Priority 3 for TPAC... It sounded like there weren't a lot of time proposals so I added it, but we could defer the discussion to remote if needed.

That said, if it happens, 30m is probably enough. It's mainly a heads-up that the USD work is happening elsewhere (call to join AOUSD) and if time allows, a quick brainstorm about what to do for embedded accessible content like USD and SVG. I have some ideas.
