@mcking65 mentioned in the call that @daniel-montalvo wanted this discussion to be broader than just AT… Maybe we call it "Accessibility Interop" instead of "AT Interop"… Then in addition to ARIA-AT, we can discuss:

• browser/engine testing
  • Existing WebDriver and WPT infrastructure
  • WebDriver/WPT expansion efforts for accessibility property bag (cc @jcsteh)
  • Interop 2026 and further roadmaps
• Acacia browser-to-platform API testing (cc @spectranaut
• ARIA-AT (cc @mcking65 et al)
• Accessibility Compact Data (ACD) (cc @lolaodelola)
• others…

I've now had a chance to synch with AG on this topic.

The joint meeting is scheduled to take place Friday 14 Nov, 09:00 – 10:30

I suggest we invite AG people interested in getting into more details about interop and AT testing to our ARIA meeting on Monday #2629, so that we can have the detailed (and potentially more technical discussions) there. We could take some time on Friday to come back to this but we need to make room for other topics that AGWG wants to discuss.

Potential topics for the Friday meeting could include.

Accessibility AT testing initiatives

• Overview of current AT testing initiatives:
  • Powermapper
  • ARIA-AT
  • ACD
  • Others
• How can these testing initiatives inform and contribute to WCAG3’s accessibility supported work?

Upcoming – Testability of WCAG3 requirements

• AG editorial team has been working on fleshing out WCAG3 requirements
• AGWG is interested in feedback from the ARIA participants involved in testing
