This PR adds a new UX and data design entry titled Data Visualization in UX to the uiux/concepts/ section.

New folder: content/uiux/concepts/data-visualization-in-ux/
Markdown file: data-visualization-in-ux.md introduces how UX principles apply to data visualization, outlines typical product contexts where visual data is used, shares core best practices for clarity and accessibility, and addresses user needs around visualized information.

The entry reinforces how effective data visualization supports decision-making, reduces cognitive load, and improves trust and usability in data-rich interfaces.
