Noticing a mistake on the bottom side of the cards, the padding needs to be the same all over, it's larger on the bottom currently:

One other thing, it's important that the styling of the filtering options are consistent across fields. Right now, one is rounded fully, and the other is square-ish with a different colored border. See how the ones on React Bits are styled and apply that here to please. |

This PR migrates the Index and Favorites Page from React Bits to Vue Bits, following the established structure and preserving the original functionality, styling, and props as closely as possible.
