Closes #17

Adds an "About Us" page where people can learn more about the organizers behind WSC.

Changes in this PR

  • The page is reachable at writespeakcode.com/about-us. It has:
    • As a separate section for photos/bios for: board members, chapter leaders, organizers, and website contributors.
  • Page data is managed in a data file and pulled in via a page query

Acceptance criteria

  • Fulfilled Acceptance Criteria
  • Tests added to cover the change

Requested feedback

  • Design implementation
  • Where are there opportunities to add testing?
  • Are additional volunteer information (board member titles, organizer bios) needed?
