Note

Introduce 4.0 docs and tooling, set 4.0 as devel, and restructure docs by renaming index-and-search → indexes-and-search and aql/graphs → aql/graph-queries with widespread link updates.

• Releases & Versions:
  • Add arangodb/4.0 docs and release notes; remove 3.13 placeholders; set 4.0 as devel in versions.yaml and site config (map content/arangodb/4.0 → devel).
• Build/CI/Tooling:
  • Replace 3.13 with 4.0 parameters/volumes in CircleCI and Docker toolchain (arangodb-4_0, ARANGODB_SRC_4_0, ARANGODB_BRANCH_4_0).
• Docs Restructure:
  • Rename paths from index-and-search to indexes-and-search across docs; update all internal links accordingly.
  • Move graph query docs from aql/graphs/... to aql/graph-queries/...; update references.
  • Promote new indexes-and-search/_index.md for 3.11/3.12/4.0.
• Content Updates:
  • Update AI Suite/Data Platform pages (titles, tip text), fix references (e.g., arango-datasets moved to ecosystem/).
  • Various link fixes (e.g., ArangoSearch, geo indexes, analyzers) and minor copy tweaks.
• Templates:
  • Update PR template to track 4.0 instead of 3.13.
