Add frog picture gallery website

Created a responsive frog picture gallery featuring:

• Clean HTML structure with semantic elements
• Beautiful gradient background and card-based layout
• Hover animations and smooth transitions
• Mobile-responsive design
• Gallery of 6 different frog species with images from Unsplash

All Submissions:

@christianramsey it is not appropriate to submit pointless off topic pull requests to our repository. Doing so wastes the limited resources that are available to maintain our many open source software projects.

If you want to mess around, you can do that in your own fork, but please don't pollute our repository with this type of thing.
