I cloned the repo and it doesnt work on windows. I refactor something and add sqlite to test easly without any external db(not need to postgres). Also I tested almost all the apis and add seeders for test datas and get ss and updated README.
If there is no problem on Mac(I think your device), can you please create a new branch for win adaptation, please :).
