This PR adds a simple Fortran code snippet to the landing page to make the website more engaging and educational for visitors.

This PR adds CI/CD automation for the Fortran website using GitHub Actions.
Changes Made:
Added .github/workflows/buildSite.yml for automatic site builds.
Added .github/workflows/buildPRPreview.yml for PR preview deployment.
Updated .github/workflows/closePR.yml to clean up previews on PR close
Added a new section in the landing page (index.html) for a Fortran “Hello, World!” example.
Styled the snippet using CSS for syntax highlighting and better readability.
Verified layout responsiveness across screen sizes.

Verified locally with Jekyll (bundle exec jekyll serve).
The snippet renders correctly and matches the overall site design.
