This PR adds CI/CD automation for the Fortran website using GitHub Actions.
Changes Made:
Added .github/workflows/buildSite.yml for automatic site builds.
Added .github/workflows/buildPRPreview.yml for PR preview deployment.
Updated .github/workflows/closePR.yml to clean up previews on PR close
Added a new section in the landing page (index.html) for a Fortran “Hello, World!” example.
Styled the snippet using CSS for syntax highlighting and better readability.
Verified layout responsiveness across screen sizes.
