fix(RHOAIENG-37842): fix heterogeneous oauth test and skip local interactive test

RHOAIENG-37842

What changes have been made

• Heterogeneous tests were failing due to incorrect node tolerations cofigured for resource flavours. Added logic to extract the taaint key from the nodes
• Skipped the local interactive test

Verification steps

oc login --token=<token> --server=<server>
poetry run pytest tests/e2e/heterogeneous_clusters_oauth_test.py -vsx

Checks

• I've made sure the tests are passing.
