Adds new libraries from the open-rmf project:

crossflow: A petrinet engine
mapf: Multi-agent pathfinding
rmf_site: A robot traffic editor
sdformat: File parser for sdformat.

Also adds simulation tool

wgpu_rt_lidar: A raytracing based LiDAR simulation
