[FEATURE] add MCP resource operations in MCP Tools

Description

add MCP resource operations in MCP Tools. The MCPClient now provides these resource operations:

1. list_resources_sync(pagination_token) - List available resources
2. read_resource_sync(uri) - Read resource content
3. list_resource_templates_sync(pagination_token) - List resource templates
